Kindly note that this bib collection process is exclusively for large organisations and not intended for individual or small team pickups such as friends/family. Please scroll below for information on where and when individual and small team bibs can be collected.

Please be aware that bib collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.

Please be aware that bib collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.

Online registration will close at 10:00am on Saturday, September 20th. After registering, you must collect your race number by 1:00pm at the Expo in Hindmarsh Square. Please be aware that no changes to the event will be permitted after 10:00am on Saturday. It is crucial to collect your race number by 1:00pm on the day, as any numbers not picked up by this time will result in disqualification from the event. Adherence to these deadlines is strictly required.

Please be aware that no further modifications, such as event changes or registration transfers, will be allowed after 10:00 AM.

If you’ve had a change of heart and need to update your event details, please visit us at the bib expo before 10:00 AM on Saturday the 20th of September, where our team will be happy to assist with any adjustments. Please note that an admin fee will apply for transfers and changes.

Bib collection expo closes at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 20th. This is the last chance to collect your race number. It is absolutely crucial that you retrieve your race number by this deadline. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification from the event, and you will not be allowed to participate. We cannot make any exceptions, so please ensure that you arrive with enough time to complete this process.
