RACE NUMBER BIB COLLECTION EXPO

All participants must collect their race bibs before race day. To make it easy for everyone, we have two collection options depending on your registration type:

Solo participants and teams (under 10) can pick up their bibs at our Bib Collection Expo.
Large teams (10 or more) must collect bibs via the team collection process.

Please read the details carefully to ensure a smooth collection experience and avoid missing out — bibs will not be available on race day, and failure to collect your bib in advance will mean you cannot participate.

For Solo Registrants & Teams (Under 10)

If you registered as an Individual or as a small team of less than 10 members you can collect your bib at our Bib Collection Expo.

Time & Date:

Thursday 17th September 2026 10am – 7pm
Friday 18th September 2026 8am – 7pm
Saturday 19th September 2026 9am – 4pm

What to Bring:

Your confirmation email containing your QR code, ready for scanning upon arrival.

Important Notes:

Please be aware that the bib collection expo strictly closes at 4pm on Saturday the 19th of September. Bib Collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.

For Teams (Over 10)

If you are a team administrator with a team of 10 or more participants collecting bibs on behalf of a team, please follow the process below to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup:

Team bibs must be collected at the designated team collection location during the specified dates and times listed below. Appointments are required for this. This helps us ensure your team’s bibs are prepared and ready, reducing wait times and congestion.

Wednesday 9th September 2026: 10am-3pm
Thursday 10th September 2026: 10am-3pm
Friday 11th September 2026: 10am-3pm

What to Bring:

Have your team QR code ready and please bring a full list of your team participants – this helps us double-check that every bib is included and no one is missed.

Important Notes:

If your team has fewer than 10 participants, please follow the solo bib collection process at our expo

BIB POSTAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL, INTERSTATE & REGIONAL SOUTH AUSTRALIA PARTICIPANTS

We are offering postal delivery of race bibs only for participants who live:

Internationally
Interstate, or
More than 50km from the Adelaide CBD

If you live within 50km of Adelaide, you must collect your bib in person at the Expo. Simply being unable to attend does not make you eligible for postage.

This option is strictly limited to the groups listed above.

How it works:
Eligible participants must contact us directly at admin@city-bay.org.au to arrange postage. Please note, there will be a fee for this service. Bibs will only be mailed once arrangements and payment have been confirmed.
