Indemnity forms are to be read in conjunction with the entry form.

The following are strictly prohibited on race day:

• Rollerblades and skateboards
• Bicycles and scooters
• Hand Cycles
• Vehicles
• Running with prams (walking with prams is fine). Sorry, no exceptions.
• Trekking and hiking poles
• Participants running without a race number will be removed from the course
• Assistance dogs only on course.
  Entry to the event is subject to the following indemnity forms. By registering for the events, your agree to the terms and conditions specified in the Indemnity Form below.
