Changes & Transfers

If you need to change your event distance or transfer your registration to another participant, please follow the steps below.

Important Notes:

• A $12 administration fee applies for any changes, including name transfers.

• If you upgrade your distance, you must pay the price difference.

• If you reduce your distance, no refund will be provided for the difference.

• Insurance cover selected during registration does not transfer to a new participant.

How to Transfer Your Race Roster Registration:

1. Go to the Race Roster event registration page and sign in to your account.

2. Click the “Transfer” link in the sidebar or the “TRANSFER” button on the right.

3. Choose your transfer type:

   • Transfer to a new sub-event: Select the sub-event, start the transfer, and complete the registration form.

   • Transfer to a new participant: Enter the new participant’s email; they will receive a link to complete the transfer.

4. Complete the transfer form. Your original event fee will be credited at checkout.

5. Submit the form. depending on the event chosen payment may be required. The original registration will be deactivated, and the new registration will take its place.

Important Deadlines:

• All changes and transfers must be completed, by 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 19th, 2026.
