We offer two convenient options for receiving your race bib: mail delivery or in-person collection. Please review the details below carefully to ensure you receive your bib on time and without hassle.
  • If you chose mail delivery during registration, your race bib will be sent directly to your nominated address beginning the week of August 19, 2025. Please ensure your postal details are correct in your registration and keep an eye on your mailbox. If you haven’t received your bib by early September, contact us for assistance.
  • If you chose to pick up your bib: you must do so at the designated location and time, depending on whether you are a solo registrant or a team administrator.

For Solo Registrants:

If you registered as an individual (not part of a team), you can collect your bib at our Bib Collection Expo.

Location:

Time & Date:

  • Thursday 18th September 2025: 8am – 8pm 
  • Friday 19th September 2025: 12pm – 6pm 
  • Saturday 20th September 2025: 8am –11am

For Team Administrators:

If you are a team administrator collecting bibs on behalf of a team, please follow the process below to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup:

  • Team bibs must be collected at the designated team collection location during the specified dates and times listed below.

  • Appointments are required. Please contact our office ahead of time to book your collection slot. This helps us ensure your team’s bibs are prepared and ready, reducing wait times and congestion.

Location:

  • TBA – Final location will be confirmed closer to the date.

Time & Date:

  • Tuesday 9th September 2025: 10am-3pm
  • Wednesday 10th September 2025: 10am-3pm
  • Thursday 11th September 2025: 10am-3pm
  • Friday 12th September 2025: 10am-3pm

 

Please be aware that the bib collection expo strictly closes at 1pm on Saturday the 14th of September. Bib Collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.

Please also note that you can change your event with us at the expo however, the deadline to do so is 10:00am on September 14th. Please ensure any changes are submitted before this time, as this deadline is strictly enforced. If you have opted to change your event last minute, you must then collect your race number by 1:00pm at the Expo in Hindmarsh Square. Any numbers that are not picked up by this time will result in disqualification from the event. It is essential to strictly adhere to these deadlines.
