Can I get a refund if I can no longer do the event?
City-Bay Fun Run do not offer standard refunds. However, there is an option to purchase optional refund protection during registration. This insurance allows you to claim a refund of your entry fee if you are unable to attend the event. A fee applies for this insurance, and it must be purchased during registration—requests to add it afterwards cannot be accepted. Without this insurance, entry fees are non-refundable.
