Yes, as long as groups do not promote their sponsors in conflict with any City-Bay Fun Run sponsors.

For example, wearing a T-shirt displaying a sponsor’s name is allowed, but displaying placards, signs, or other promotional materials during the event is not permitted.

Any promotional materials such as brochures, posters, media promotions, or other forms of advertising must receive approval from the Event Manager before being released to the public or supporters.

Additionally, the sale of products, food, or beverages during the event is strictly prohibited.
