If you live more than 50 km from the Adelaide CBD, you may be eligible for postage. Please get in touch with us at admin@city-bay.org.au to arrange for postage.
Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for postage.
The last day to secure your spot before late fees are applied to all races.
Past this date, you will not be able to create or add participants into a large team. Please make sure that you have your team confirmed and paid by 2nd September 5:00pm, otherwise your team numbers will not be assigned.
Late entry fees apply to all races and events.

On the day, please bring with you your team list for a double check system.
Kindly note that this bib collection process is exclusively for large organisations and not intended for individual or small team pickups. Please see below for information on where and when individual and small team bibs can be collected.

Please be aware that bib collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.
Online registration will close at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 19th.
If you’ve had a last-minute change of heart and need to update your event details, please visit us at the bib collection expo before 1:00PM on Saturday the 19th of September, where our team will be happy to assist with any adjustments. Please note that an admin fee will apply for transfers and changes.
Bib collection expo closes at 4:00PM on Saturday, September 19th. This is the last chance to collect your race number. It is absolutely crucial that you retrieve your race number by this deadline. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification from the event, and you will not be allowed to participate. We cannot make any exceptions, so please ensure that you arrive with enough time to complete this process.
