We don’t offer refunds; however, you may transfer your entry to another person at the Expo only.

If your bib has not been mailed, either you or the new participant can collect it at the Expo and complete the transfer.

If your bib has already been mailed, you must bring it to the Expo to complete the transfer.

If a friend or family member is collecting and arranging the change on your behalf, they will need to provide a signed and written note of authorisation.
Please note, the new participant’s name and date of birth must be updated in our database at the time of transfer.
