A whole potato spiralled onto a bamboo skewer, dipped in a special batter, fried and served with salt or chicken Since its inception it has been a crowd puller at festivals and events throughout Australia.

Welcome to Little Italia! Appreciate the simple things in life? The team at Cibo Glenelg will be in the Village serving the coffee they are known for. Just what is needed on an early Sunday  morning  to clear the head. Cibo has been a part of the South Australia Coffee scene since 2000. The Coffee beans used by the Cibo team are locally roasted in Thebarton So support SA business. The Cibo Stand can be found next to the Main Stage on Colley Reserve.

We are Kate and Jo, The proud brewers at Basic Brew, where we turned our pipe dream into reality by crafting delicious heartfelt coffee for everyone. Basics Brew, coined from our love for a good brew, brings incredible coffee and good vibes to various events Including the Iconic City-Bay. At basic Brew, we take pride in using local products, such as Fleurieu Milk and Sourcing beans from Charlie Black Coffee Company, who source their "Murray Roast" from Greenock in the Barossa. We are thrilled to share our passion and exceptional coffee, so make sure you come and say Hello at our Coffee Van located at the Finish Line on September 15th.

Fiesta Tajine is an authentic Moroccan cuisine in South Australia, which includes our mixed homemade spices marinated in all our favourite dishes. Our food truck has become one of SA's favourite food trucks.

The mobile cafe is an Australian-first initiative delivered in conjunction with KOM Coffee. Young autistic superheroes learn to build real-life practical skills through workplace paid employment, giving our autistic superheroes a sense of purpose and achievement in their lives.
