Common Questions

Team administrators can collect their teams’ bibs at the following date, time and location:

Location:

SA Athletic Stadium, Marjorie Jackson Nelson Dr, Mile End SA 5031

Time & Date:

Monday 2nd September 2024 10am – 3pm

Tuesday 3rd September 2024 10am – 3pm

By registering for the City-Bay and displaying your race number, you can travel for free on the Glenelg Bay tram between the City and Glenelg. After the race, free public transport from Wigley Reserve will take you back along the same route to the City. On the day, shuttle buses to and from the City will also be available. If you opted to pick up your race number bib, please bring your confirmation email with you to one of the designated times and locations listed below. Please note that there is separate bib collection for teams and individual participants:

 

Bib collection for large team registrations:

Friday      13th September   2024   8:00am –   9:00pm

Saturday 14th September   2024   8:00am  –  1:00pm

 

Please be aware that bib collection will not be available on the day of the race, and any race numbers that are not collected beforehand will result in disqualification from participating in the event.

If under 16, they must be accompanied by an adult. Waiver forms will appear when registering a minor. These forms must be filled out before the system will allow you to register.

Absolutely, visit our City-Bay office in Mile End to complete you’re in-person registration, or call our office to register over the phone (please have your credit card information ready).

Alternatively, you can also register in person at the Expo/Bib Collection event on September 12th, 13th, or 14th at Hindmarsh Square.
