RACE NUMBERS AND COLOUR RANGE
Please ensure that you have been issued the correct race number

Event changes are only being processed at the EVENT EXPO, you will need to bring the original number with you to allow it to be replaced. This change can be done by an agent on your behalf.
RACE NUMBERS / TIMING SYSTEM
Participation on the day is only available with the display of race number, 12km & 6km events have the DAG timing device attached.
Whilst the 3km event will not be timed, participants will need to wear a race number.
Anyone not wearing a race number will not be able to compete - with the exception of a child in a pram.
Where a full paying entrant requires the assistance of a carer, it is necessary for that carer to be officially entered, however, no fee will be charged. (contact our office for more details)
In 2013 we have introduced an EVENT EXPO where race numbers can be collected, though you will have the option to have race numbers returned by Aust Post until 1st September. Entries received by 31st July, will be posted at no cost. Entries received during the period 1st August to 1st September can be returned by Aust Post at the additional cost of $5 per User Account
NO NUMBERS WILL BE SENT VIA AUST POST FROM THIS OFFICE AFTER 1ST SEPTEMBER
Participants who use the online system between 2nd September to 9th September will need to collect their race numbers from the EVENT EXPO.
In person hard copy entries will receive their race numbers immediately
